Acme Printing provides state-of-the-art mailing processes to complete your project. Our capabilities include:

CASS Certification and Presort
We can manage your mailing list and mail processing to achieve the lowest possible total cost allowed by the United States Postal Service.

Variable Data Imaging
We offer Variable Data Imaging (VDI) utilizing Xerox DocuTech printers. Utilizing variable data can increase the effectiveness of your direct mail campaign by 20% to 30% or more!

High-Speed Inkjet
Our inkjet capability includes addressing with variable data capability. We can inkjet on products from postcards to 1” packages.

Inserting
Our machines insert from 1 to 8 pieces from 6 3/4 envelopes to giant 10” x 13” booklet envelopes. We can also insert those difficult pieces like multi-form sets and accordion folded brochures.

Tired of using uncoated stocks or making knockouts for the mailing address? You won’t have to limit your design creativity with Acme Printing’s inkjet capability!

Our inkjet uses acetone-based inks that dry almost instantaneously on any substrate. We can successfully inkjet over varnish, aqueous coating, or even UV coating.

Tabbing and Sticker Application
For best postage rates and mail stream survivability self-mailers and catalogs need to be tabbed. Our in-line process applies the tabs without delaying your project. Need a special teaser sticker or pre-cancelled stamp applied? We can do that too!

Fulfillment

With approximately 30,000 square feet of warehouse space, Acme Printing can store and fulfill your literature or products. Our fulfillment systems are driven by sophisticated, customized database applications. Our systems incorporate on-line order entry, inventory management, tracking, and custom reporting. We can design and implement a custom solution for you.
