Acme Printing utilizes the finest equipment, materials, and methods to produce high quality printing at competitive rates. We have invested millions of dollars on state-of-the-art sheet fed offset presses. These presses produce superior products that exceed our customers' needs for excellence and cost-effectiveness.

We operate a wide range of presses to serve customers' needs from simple one-color jobs to complex multi-color projects. Our presses can handle sheets ranging from 3.25” x 5.5” up to over 29” x 41” and papers from 40# offset to 48pt board. Our presses utilize state-of-the-art dampening systems that virtually eliminate hickies and dramatically reduce mechanical ghosting.

Utilizing automatic scanning and hand held densitometers, Acme Printing’s seasoned veterans are dedicated to maintaining color consistency throughout the press run. Densities are recorded and referenced for future orders to assure color match run after run.

Our rigorous maintenance program assures the highest level of equipment reliability possible. With our extensive pressroom capability we can meet deadlines even in the eventuality of an unexpected breakdown.

Aqueous Coating

Several of our presses are equipped with an aqueous coating tower that coats in a dull, satin, or gloss finish. Similar to varnish, aqueous coating protects the printed piece, aids in the drying process, and adds a durable finish to the piece to give it a better appearance.

Aqueous coating helps prevent marking when processing quick-turn jobs through the finishing process.
