Acme Printing’s letterpress; once the most common method of printing; is now an area which provides special operations in-house. Scoring - straight rule on the sheet that allows it to be folded easily with less stress to the stock. Die cutting - creates unique cutting configurations or complete cut outs within the sheet. Foil stamping - applies foil with a heat pressure die stamp process. Embossing - molds the sheet into the die so the sheet itself becomes the image.
